Enable debug on Parse MAC in loopback example.
...
The readme says that if you run the loopback example, then "If everything works as intended you should see some decoded packets on the console". For this to be true out of the box, the debug option on the Parse MAC block must be enabled.

bugfix: link between EQ parameters and simulation parameters
...
The EQ parameters (bw, freq) should be updated from simulation
parameters, instead of using constants (10e6, 5.8G).

- Added new Viterbi convolutional decoder to the OFDM Decode Mac block replacing the former IT++ version. This new decoder uses

SSE2 and improves the performance significantly. The decoder was taken from the gr-dvbt module from GNU Radio.
- Disabled some logging functions in the ofdm_mac and ofdm_decode_signal blocks that were degrading the performance significantly.
